Weak ferromagnetism of bixbyite-type (In0.67Fe0.33)2O3 synthesized by 28 GHz microwave irradiation

摘要
(In0.67Fe0.33)2O3 was synthesized by 28 GHz microwave irradiation. The weak ferromagnetism of the material was observed. Results suggest a possible existence of microwave-material coupling which induces a magnetic order in this system.
