On e-governance development and building a harmonious society

Currently and in the future, the whole strategic target for Chinese social development is to build a prosperous and harmonious society, in which, the government acts both as guider and participator in fulfilling such target. This paper dissertates the significance of administrative reformation in building up a harmonious society; analyzes E-governance's role played in administrative reformation; and finally proposes, either in view of efficiency or public supervision, that the E- governance is surely to have great impact on building up a harmonious society in China.
