Thermomagnetic phenomena in randomly inhomogeneous solid media

摘要：
A theory of thermomagnetic phenomena in randomly inhomogeneous media using the effective-medium theory is developed. An approximation quadratic in magnetic field is used. Calculations are carried out for systems which consist of random high- and low-conducting components. We found the dependencies of the antisymmetric components and changes, caused by the magnetic field, of the symmetric components of the effective thermopower tensor on the high-conducting part of the system volume.
