摘要
In order to solve the problems of the failure associated characteristics and using experiential knowledge difficultly during the diagnostic process, a model of Condition Integrated Monitoring and Intelligent Fault Diagnosis (CIM&IFD) of CNC machine tools based on knowledge is introduced. The characteristics of the condition monitoring and the fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools are explained in this paper firstly, and the CIM&IFD formal descriptions are proposed. And then, the contents of the integrated system are described in detail, including the process of establishing ontology knowledge base that rely on the core of the machine tool's units and the process of the sensor setting and status information collecting by the human-computer-machine synergy. An example system of CIM&IFD for the CNC Hobbing Machine Tool is shown at last which verify the method is effective and practical.
