摘要
The European Union has assumed an important role in the Sars-CoV-2 pandemic. Mainly the EU strategy vaccines as the best way out of the pandemic. The joint purchase of vaccines carried out through the Advanced Purchase Agreements has been a key element. This study analyzes the Advanced Purchase Agreements signed by the Commission with the pharmaceuticals, in particular, the aspects concerning Private International Law elements included in these contracts.
