摘要
This study examined the effects of five bacterial isolates (U, 8M, 36, 102, and 111) on the growth of Vigna radiata. Bacterial isolates were applied alone, or together with zinc phosphate [Zn-3(PO4)(2)center dot 4H(2)O]. The maximum increase in all plant growth parameters was seen when seedlings were inoculated with isolate 102. Isolate 36 with 1 mM zinc phosphate showed the maximum increase in seedling length (35.1 cm) as compared to controls. Isolate 111 was the best phosphate solubilizer, releasing 13.29 ppm phosphorous (P) in soil when used in combination with 1 mM salt, whereas isolate 36 showed maximum uptake of P, leaving only 4.63 ppm in soil.
