摘要
This paper designs the data acquisition system software and hardware solutions using ARM and FPGA architectures based on the application requirements of off-line multi-channel vibration acquisition and analysis system. The system uses FPGA to complete high-speed acquisition of multi-channel signals, and resolves the mismatch of acquisition speed with processing speed by SRAM multiplexing between ARM and FPGA. Communication between data acquisition system and PC is implemented using Ethernet to ensure the rapidity and reliability of data transmission. Signal amplitude and phase analytical method is designed based on all-phase FFT to achieve the characteristic analysis of vibration signals. Test results show that the system has high signal acquisition accuracy and phase accuracy, which meets the design requirements of off-line multi-channel vibration acquisition and analysis system.
