摘要：

The factors of engineering quality and engineering quality training mode of engineering college students are related to the quality of applied talents. Firstly, engineering quality contained basic elements are summarized and the elements are classified. Secondly, a specific ways are explored and practiced that is "project teaching" combined with "required reading books" for engineering quality training. Finally, it is proved that is an effective teaching method by teaching practical results. As well as, the methods have some reference value for quality education of engineering student.
