The Research of Present Situation and Optimization Strategies of Track and Field Teaching Model in Universities and Colleges

With the development of science and technology, and the reform of education and teaching. Quality-oriented education becomes the mainstream of education models, and it advocates the comprehensive ability and development of students both physically and mentally. So research and teachers pay more attention to physical education in colleges and universities. As a required course of physical education, track and field is facing great challenges at present. There are still many problems in the teaching model of track and field at present, so this paper aims to propose some strategies to optimize the teaching model of track and field in universities and colleges in order to promote teaching effect of track and field as well as physical education at the same time.
