摘要：
Rough set theory is a relatively new soft computing tool to deal with vagueness and uncertainty. It has received much attention of the researchers around the world. In recent years, rough set theory based on connection degree has become a focus subject in rough set research. The basic concepts and models of rough set theory are introduced and the extension rough set model based on connection degree is analyzed in details. In the end, a method to determine the value of connection degree is proposed.
