摘要
One of the greatest challenges of industrial production is the profitable manufacture of machined products in individual and small series. Productive and optimized milling and drilling operations can be ensured by effective and fast use of already existing data sources in the company. With this approach, short-term changes and adjustments in the process can be better reacted to, long running-in processes can be shortened and quality can still be guaranteed. The consistent and context-based use of existing data in the company, supported by initial practical experience, leads to productivity increases of up to 70 % in individual production and of up to 10 % in series production.
