摘要
Information and counselling are essential prerequisites for self-determination in old age. For the offers available the following differentiations are made: general oral, written or electronic information on supporting services, individual personal information and counselling, individual accompanying counselling and individual written information on the own health or disease situation. Models of good practice in Hamburg are presented as examples.
