摘要：
The research on the operation and management platform of power basic resources can promote the commercialization of State Grid Corporation. However, the data are diverse and distributed in many departments. In order to make the basic power resources play a greater economic benefit, this paper uses the method of power flow calculation to integrate the basic power resources and carry out the unified operation and management of data resources. The research shows that this method can better realize the unified management of power grid basic resources and power communication resources.
