Solid Phase Extraction of Ursolic Acid Using Imprinted Polymer Modified Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes

摘要
A novel surface imprinting material based on multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWNT/MIPs) modified with polyethylene glycol was successfully synthesized with a precipitation polymerization method by using ursolic acid(UA) as template, methacrylic acid(MAA) as functional monomer, and ethylene glycol climethacrylate(EGDMA) as cross-linker. The MWNT/MIP was characterized by IR and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that a stable, uniform imprinted materials layer was grafted on the surface of MWNT. The adsorption capacity of UA on MWNT/MIPs was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. A maximum apparent adsorption capacity of 1.00. 1 mu mol/g for the imprinted polymers toward UA was obtained. As solid phase extraction materials, the imprinted polymers extracted UA from actinidia chinensis planch successfully with the concentration enrichment factor of 5. 35.
