摘要：
Conventional network models under equilibrium principles are becoming very limited to address many of the advanced transport planing and policies that deal with time-dependent urban congestions. This paper discusses the need for new generations of urban network models. It then introduces a new dynamic microscopic model, DRACULA, with a summary of its potential applications and a demonstration of the model in action. Finally the paper looks ahead at the future of network modelling.
