摘要：

The achievement of coordinated development between the relationship of alumnus and college students' entrepreneurship and employment is of great significance to enhance country's competitive edge, build innovative country and improve the country with education and human resource. This paper is based on alumnus resource and college students' entrepreneurship and employment in the current situation and the aim is to form a coordinated development pattern. It also investigates and clarifies the current situation, seeks for restrictive factors and analyzes their relationship in order to achieve a benign interaction and form coordinated development pattern.
