摘要
We present the first spectroimagery of extended molecular atmosphere of Mira spatially resolved by adaptive optics system. We found the molecular atmosphere of H2O, CO and CO2 is extended to about 40 mas. The presence of extended molecular layer has been revealed by recent infrared spectroscopic studies with space borne telescope ISO. The physical extent in our observation is consistent with their studies. The new technique that resolves objects in wavelength and in space simultaneously is proved to be very sensitive to the extended component respect to the continuum photosphere, because the time variable seeing effect is mostly canceled by relative measurement of the image size.
