摘要
This paper proposes suppression of acoustic noise of position sensorless adaptive positioning servo system based on DyCE principle. In general, high-frequency voltage injection based position estimation methods for standstill and extremely-low speed operation is commonly utilized, which utilize the saliency caused by the rotor structure of IPMSM. This system causes the magnetic noise associated with the injected frequency of audible frequency because the injected voltage increases the audible components in the motor current. In this approach, decreasing the injected voltage is necessary to suppress the magnetic noise, which results in that the estimation performance deteriorates. This paper proposes the variable amplitude strategy of the injected high frequency voltage. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is shown using some experimental results.
