摘要：
An improved stabilization procedure for the time-domain electric field integral equation (TD-EFIE) is developed. The procedure is based on the introduction of new temporal basis functions in conjunction with the implementation of modified form of TD-EFIE. Numerical examples that demonstrate the validity of the proposed method are presented.
