摘要
This paper investigates referential significance of the Fine Management to the higher education management innovation in universities. The Fine Management is by use of the means of programmed, standardized and digitized, to achieve the fine and accurate control of the management elements and the operation object. Realizing the management style and work methods can achieve highly effective, collaborative, and improves continually. The Fine Management is one kind of advanced management cultures and tools. It basically meets the needs of the higher education management, and has an active role for improving and strengthening the higher education management work. According to the Fine Management, the programmed control, standard considerations, continuous improvement of the higher education management can be achieved by teasing, integrating and optimizing the higher education management in universities and innovating in the ideas, regulations, management, processes and systems. Integrating the higher education management into various tasks in a mechanism is good to make the higher education management change from the "soft" management to the "rigid" operation and enhance the quality and level of the higher education management.
