Static active optimization for industry ethernet data encapsulation

摘要
Based on the TCP/IP Modbus, the possibility and necessity of network communication optimization in the request-response model is analyzed in details. A static active optimization method, which is designer-oriented, is proposed. It takes the data packing as the bottleneck breaking point, which runs in the Industrial Ethernet Network communication protocol frame message encapsulation. Meanwhile, the abstract model of the data block packaging is established. They have been successfully applied in the continuous steel mode production process control system in the steel factory. The efficiency of the control network communication is obviously increased.
