摘要
In this paper, two new mechanisms considering the intrinsic characteristics of NSP are proposed to reduce the influence of getting trapped into local optima and enhance an escape from a stagnation condition. These are modifications of local search and escaping mechanisms in our previous approach. The common objective of these is to further the change of solutions that would be significant for the NSP's search. Through some test problems, it was verified how effective these modified mechanisms are in comparison to the approach without our modifications.
