Real-time accurate measurement for shape, deformation, strain and stress of structures by full-field optical methods

摘要
Optical methods such as grating-projection, geometric moire, moire interferometry, holographic interferometry, speckle interferometry and photoelasticity are useful to measure shape, deformation, strain and stress in the full-field of structures. Recently, phase analysis method of fringe or grating patterns obtained by these optical methods becomes popular, and it provides accurate quantitative results in the full-field. It is, however, time-consuming for accurate phase analysis. Real-time analysis is requested. In this paper, real-time accurate measurement methods developed by the authors are introduced. That is, (1) Shape and deformation analysis by grating projection method using the integrated phase-shifting method, (2) Simultaneous analysis of two-dimensional displacement components by moire interferometry and (3) Stress analysis by photoelasticity using the integrated phase-shifting method. The theory and application are shown.
