摘要
The corrosion behavior of the CuNiCrAl alloy in H2SO4 solutions were studied by metallograph, XRD, SEM/EDS and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. It was found that Cu of CuNiCrAl alloy in low temperature H2SO4 solutions is easier subject to corrosion than Cr; and dechromisation of the CuNiCrAl alloy occurs at a certain concentration and temperature of H2SO4 solutions, and the tendency of dechromisaion of the CuNiCrAl alloy increases with increasing concentration and temperature of H2SO4 solutions. As a result, the addition of NaCl can accelerate the dechromisaion of the CuNiCrAl alloy, and the mechanism of dechromisaion for CuNiCrAl alloy were also discussed.
