摘要：
This study is to discuss the application of latent analysis of Taiwanese peoples' opinions about hospital information technology. Latent class analysis is an approach that allows large quantities of data to be processed automatically, avoiding the myths of Likert scale. The results indicate that Taiwanese people can be clustered into three groups based on their opinions about e-health or m-health. Besides, they thought new infounation technology was at high risk. They did not like getting medical services via infounation technology. In this class, females were more than males. The mean age of this class was higher than the other classes.
