Research and Application of Wireless Sensor on Anti-Collision Warning in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks

摘要
VANET is an important branch of MANET, which has become an important network communication technology in this field along with the development of intelligent transportation. As the net topology of urban traffic change frequently, it is necessary to design an anti-collision warning system which is robustness and real-time. By the Vehicle anti-collision Unit(VACU), which consists of many wireless communication units and constitutes a wireless mesh network to transmit information among crash damaged vehicle. Information exchanged by VACUs can be realized among crashed vehicles and running vehicles. And according to the simulated urban traffic network, the authors conduct an experimental simulation of the relative location among nodes and the anti-collision at the intersection. During the large density random vehicular nodes moving, the anti-collision warning is becoming obvious when the vehicular nodes at the intersection. In some sections of the road, there are few vehicles, anti-collision is also less frequently accordingly, but at the corner, the corresponding warning message is also given. Through the research of urban vehicular Ad-Hoc network, this paper can optimize the network more intuitively, and build a vehicular network platform which is more suitable for the region.
