摘要
This paper presents a high-performance electrochemical sensor for dopamine detection based on graphene and gold nanoparticles. Experimental results show that the electroneutral gold nanoparticles are capable of enhancing the diffusion of ascorbic acid, improving the selectivity of graphene-based sensors. The optimal sensor with 5 layers of graphene and gold nanoparticles exhibits a low oxidation peak potential of 0.12 V, a high sensitivity of 1.32 mu A/mu M, a low detection limit of 10 nM, and favorable selectivity. The outstanding performance enables this sensor for possible monitoring the variation of neurotransmitters in vivo.
