摘要
Background: Gastrointestinal bleeding is a very common disease with multiple sources and locations of bleeding. Mostly oesophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy or capsule endoscopy are successful in finding the source of the bleeding. But in some cases these diagnostic tools can fail. Methods: Case report. Results and conclusion: Here we present a case where the classical approach of endoscopy failed and laparoscopy was the diagnostic and therapeutic tool of choice.
