摘要
In this paper, a direct sequence binary phase-shift keying (BPSK) spread spectrum is presented. The received signal is modeled as a pseudorandom binary sequence (PN) multiplied by the data signal in additive Gaussian noise. The design procedure for the optimum receiver is based upon the Neyman-Pearson detector. The analysis of the detection statistics can be then accomplished through the likelihood ratio test (LRT) by comparing it to a threshold to make the proper decision. The performance of the detector is analyzed in terms of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.
