摘要
3D thermal-mechanical coupled numerical simulation of heat pulp mould was carried out. The numerical simulation result shows the rising up process of mould temperature. Temperature distribution contours shows the temperature status on the mould. Temperature distribution results provide reliable guarantee to change the mould structure, so that the temperature distribution on surface becomes uniform. Displacement contours show the mould deformation under the coupled effect of hot temperature and mechanical pressure. The displacement value of nodes can offer reference size to scale mould at the design stage. As a result, high accuracy mould will be manufactured, and this will improve the passing rare of product.
