Research on Financing Modes of Energy Efficiency Renovation of Existing Residential Buildings in Chinese Northern Heating Areas

摘要
Requirements for financing modes of energy efficiency renovation of existing residential buildings in Chinese northern heating areas at different stages and flexible application of existing methods of project financing in capital market are analyzed. According to the principle of "who invest, who benefits", it is proposed that the suitable financing modes of energy efficiency renovation of existing residential buildings in Chinese northern heating areas are energy management contract mode and the mode that government, heating enterprises and individuals share in proportion under the guidance of government financing.
