摘要：
With the development of logistics trade in China, the scarcity of professionals of logistics has been obstacle on the development of logistics trade Based on the development of the industry and the demand of the enterprises, how to strengthen professional practice teaching and train applied logistics personnel is the fundamental task of logistics professional education in higher vocational colleges. The paper discuss on the college's logistics management practical teaching system, put forward a talent education model for applied logistics personnel.
