摘要
Many economical and technical advantages can be harnessed from establishing hybrid AC/DC distribution systems. However, the penetration of such systems might be impeded by the need to modify existing networks topologies and the development/deployment of new interlinking converters. In this paper, a control scheme is proposed to use conventional three phase inverters and networks as hybrid DC/single phase AC systems. The proposed control scheme can be included in any three phase inverter along with its traditional controllers for three phase AC systems. When the inverter is installed, the appropriate control function can be activated depending on whether it is integrated to a hybrid AC/DC system or to a three phase AC system. In this way, inverters for hybrid AC/DC system can become ready in the market without a risk of failure in generating demand. The effectiveness of the proposed control algorithms is verified through simulation studies.
