摘要：
The article presents the comparative evaluation technique of competitive advantages for a group of enterprises within an industry based on the index method application. The rules for dividing enterprises into strategic groups are developed according to the level and trends of the competitive advantages change, additionally the SelMatrix of the model competitive strategies is formed for each strategic group.
