摘要
AIM: To compare the exercise-induced myocardial hypertrophy and pathological myocardial hypertrophy on model of MMP and to study cardiac function influenced by the differences. Methods: Adopt the methods of treadmill running and aortic abdominal constriction(AAC) to manufacture two models of myocardial hypertrophy. Hemodynamic parameters are used to evaluate heart function. HMI and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP mRNA) evaluate cardiac hypertrophy degree of heart mass. Observe the myocardial cells of dyed JC-1 under laser confocal microscope and do semi-quantitative analysis on MMP. Results: Both groups of rats had myocardial hypertrophy. The cardiac function of rats from aerobic training group is increased, while the rats'cardiac function from AAC group is weakened. MMP of the rats from aerobic training group is significantly higher than the rats' from AAC group. Conclusion: In two models of exercise-induced myocardial hypertrophy and pathological myocardial hypertrophy, MMP in myocardial cell could be the main reason for the significant change of heart function.
