摘要：
Vaccine prophylaxis is the mainstay of hepatitis B prevention. In France, this strategy is based on the identification and vaccination of persons at high risk of exposure and, with a goal of controlling the disease in the long-term, on the vaccination of infants and catch-up vaccination of children and adolescents up to the age of 15.
