摘要
The article shows what difficulties were encountered by those, who undertook attempts to resume communication between Moscow and Zaporozhye for the purpose of a joint fight against the Ottomans in the late 60s - early 70s of the 17th century. Their contacts were hindered by the Left-Bank Hetmanship, which was hostile to Zaporozhye, and Russian politicians were worried about the agreements concluded between Zaporozhye and the Crimea and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, and their plans to supply hetmans for the Right Bank of Zaporozhye.
