摘要
A wideband high directivity dual-polarized millimeter-wave Fabry-Perot resonator antenna is proposed in this letter. This design consists of dual-polarized antenna, a metal ground and partially reflective surface (PRS). This antenna can achieve wideband high directivity with the reflection phase of metamaterial versus frequency in a positive gradient. A 8 x 8 array of metamaterial elements is placed at the height of one-half of the working wavelength of the antenna. The optimization results show that the gain bandwidth of the millimeter wave resonator antenna can reach 17.9% and the peak gain is 14.7 dBi with good dual polarization performance.
