摘要
Leadership of changing organization has become a important topic in theory study and practice. Although there are a lot of leadership researches in this area, but leadership in organization change is still to be developed. So, this paper reviewed leadership researches both in psychology and management. Based on the understanding of researches in both of the areas, this paper proposed developments as well as questions that need to be answered in organization change leadership. After that, we suggest some suggestions for future research in this area.
