摘要
Recent years, NIMBY mass incidents break out frequently, which brings serious problems to society and country, meanwhile attracts extensive attentions from the governments and the academia. This paper takes evolution process of NIMBY mass incidents as a research object, aiming to explore deep reasons of NIMBY mass incidents; system dynamics model is used to simulate the evolution process in order to make conflict managements of the NIMBY mass incidents more orderly and prevent the diffusion and evolution of the incident to a certain extent and reduce, losses. We summarize the main factors affecting the evolution of NIMBY mass incidents based on the data of network, some typical events, expert questionnaires and theoretical supports. Besides, by application of the Vensim software, it concludes simulation trend figure of NIMBY mass incidents evolution process taking the Ningbo PX NIMBY as the example. From the analysis of evolution trend, this paper offers advices on NIMBY mass incidents, and provides supports for the follow-up research on the NIMBY mass incidents.
