摘要
The objective of this study is to determine how multinational ICT companies need to change or adapt their processes to be able to make use of the metanational concept and how to handle capability changes, technological changes, changing the way they are networking and the way that knowledge flows through their multinational organization. The case studies investigated the impact of the metanational environment on Technology Management in seven knowledge-based multinational companies through a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with both ICT and non-ICT companies.
