摘要：
Scenario's used in interactive workshop procedures can help to define a vision of the sustainable city. To realise such vision in a physical form, urban design principals can be followed. These principals can be derived from projects built in Europe. Scenario workshops and design principles are but a few elements of a full policy cycle.
