摘要：
The paper is devoted to study a class of projected dynamical inclusions in a reflexive Banach space introduced making use of a projection operator by E. Zarantonello in 1977 (see [9]). Then the equality of the set of critical points of these inclusions and the set of solutions to a variational inequality is shown.
