摘要：

The modern tele-education is a kind of self-determination education, which is based on the computer net and centered by the students. The apparatus, resource and professional persons in college digital library can provide general service including virtual library, net navigation and net counseling service for modern tele-education performance. Some problems such as individuation service, resource share and management must be noticed during the service process.
