摘要
By using mineral admixture and superplasticizer, high performance recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) was developed, and the interface transition zone (ITZ) was observed by scanning electron microscope. As is shown by the results, RAC has dual ITZ properties; the porosity ratio in old ITZ was high while the new ITZ was dense. The microstructure of new ITZ can be described as a transition ring which was divided into three different layers; the source of acting force in new ITZ is different from that in old ITZ, the acting force in new ITZ is higher than that in old ITZ.
