摘要：
Paper presents new, miniature, two-axis fluxgate sensors. Characteristics of sensors with core made of amorphous alloys Fe(67)Co(18)Si(1)B(14) and Fe(40)Ni(50)Mo(8)B(2) formed with photolitography and cutting technology are presented. Results indicate, that developed sensors exhibit high sensitivity, low uncertainty as well as low power consumption. (New two-axis fluxgate sensor)
