摘要：
The content of this paper is to show new ways in the field of health promotion for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This research project combines holistic management approaches (EFQM-Model for Business Excellence) with the field of health promotion. The result is a new model for the assessment of Occupational Health Management Systems (OHMS). The first assessment results of six enterprises are shown and discussed critically.
