摘要
The aim of the research was to purify xylanase from Aspergillus oryzae. The fungus showed maximum crude enzyme production under the conditions employed. Hence, purification of xylanase of A. oryzae was carried out. Purified xylanase yielded single band with a molecular weight of 89 kDa, which was studied for its maximum activity at different pH and temperature. A. oryzae showed maximum activity at pH 5.9 and temperature 60 degrees C.
