摘要
Sports and tourism has gradually become an important part of the contemporary global culture, and they have similar functions especially in meeting people's cultural consumption and spiritual needs. Facing the trend of the convergence development of sports and tourism, this paper explores the business model from multi-elements, multi-angles as well as multi-levels, and the systematic implementation which contains strategic choice, value proposition, value creation, value realization and value network is put forward to promote sports tourism cultural consumption based on grasping cultural consumption connotation of the convergence of sports and tourism.
