摘要：
Stable hematopoiesis is maintained by consequent activation of hematopoietic stem cells which have high but limited proliferative potential; they are not immortal, i.e. not able for self-renewal. Hematopoietic stem cells arise in embryogenesis and function consequently, usually producing short living, locally placed changing each other cell clones. Most of them are produced not by the primitive stem cells, but by their more mature still polypotential offsprings.
